You’re a creative thinker with a wealth of knowledge in paid social campaigns, the e-commerce industry, and more specifically, the fashion, jewelry, and beauty space. When posed with a creative challenge, you use a combination of historical data, current e-commerce/industry trends, & creative problem solving to develop winning strategies that impact your client's growth and ROI in their ad account.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategically plan paid social advertising campaigns and effectively communicate a clear hypothesis and objective to both your team and clients
Using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc., analyze historical creative performance and use this data to conceptualize new ad creatives
Clearly communicate to your designer how to successfully execute on your creative brief and bring the vision to life
Analyze performance data and provide analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on what you find
Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes based on your expertise and campaign performance metrics
Combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans and tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs
Continually tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics to create the best possible outcome for the client
Conduct multivariate tests in order to determine the best performing creative and target audiences for your campaigns
Investigate account performance and constantly adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes in your accounts
Have full awareness of your ad accounts’ performance and spend pacing
Understand what is happening in accounts across the company as a whole and be able to apply these learnings to your own ad accounts
Work closely with the Email Marketing team to plan omnichannel creative campaigns
Conduct ongoing research to learn more about each client, their product, and their customer to create effective campaigns that speak to these audiences and convert
Stay on top of industry trends in e-commerce and the fashion, jewelry, and beauty space
Provide high quality and insightful reports for all clients on a monthly basis
Attend monthly client meetings and clearly communicate with clients the creative results in the ad account and what we’re testing next
