You’re a creative and analytical thinker with a wealth of knowledge in Google Ad campaigns and the e-commerce industry. This job is perfect for someone who thoroughly enjoys managing Google Ads accounts and has an undying passion for the marketing and advertising industry and wants to scale accounts for great clients.

    This would start off as a Contract role, but we would look to transition you into a full-time role over the next 6 months.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Strategically plan Google Ad campaigns and effectively communicate a clear hypothesis and objective to both your team and clients

    • Develop, build, manage and optimize comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, audience building and ad creation

    • Have an in depth understanding of each assigned Google Ads account and what is going on with them at all times

    • Determining what / how many keywords a new account should advertise on

    • Writing Google Ads copy and headlines to continually keep the accounts under management optimized and spending as efficiently as possible

    • Determining which Landing Page each keyword / ad should direct to

    • Responsible for building every campaign, turning off campaigns, and implementing best practices

    • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes based on your expertise and campaign performance metrics

    • Responsible for testing things on a regular basis and analyzing performance data, providing analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on what you find

    • Help determine benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client goals

    • Provide high quality and insightful reports for all clients on a monthly basis

    • Attend monthly client meetings and clearly communicate with clients the results in the ad account and what we’re testing next.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of paid Google Ad experience, preferably in the e-commerce space
    • Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Shopify
    • Managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
    • You are analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated and have excellent project management and communication skills
    • Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically Google best practices
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to confidently present concepts both to your team and to clients
    • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
    • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
    • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
    • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
    • Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
    • Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
    • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, or related fields)
