In an ever-changing digital marketing landscape, you’ll need to constantly adapt and evolve to thrive in this position. You’ll participate in all aspects of executing high profile and complex paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans and tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.

    • Continually tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics to create the best possible outcome for the client.

    • Conduct multivariate tests in order to determine the best performing creative and target audiences for your campaigns.

    • Investigate account performance and constantly adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes in your accounts.

    • Have full awareness of your ad accounts’ performance and spend pacing.

    • Ideate new advertising campaigns based on past account best performing sales.

    • Understand what is happening in accounts across the company as a whole and be able to apply these learnings to your own ad accounts.

    • Give and receive feedback in a timely manner, while making sure everybody on your team has clarity on campaign performance and creative testing results.

    • Build out campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring all strategic initiatives are built and launched according to strict timelines and agreed-upon budgets across multiple ad accounts.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Paid Facebook advertising experience
    • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and media buying tactics
    • Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for ecommerce brands
    • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
    • Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team
    • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
    • Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and data-driven decision making are essential
    • Hands-on experience executing A/B tests and analyzing results
    • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity; requires being scrappy
    • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
    • Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
    • Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
    • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields)
