Responsibilities: The handyperson/maintenance tech assistant will have the overall responsibility of maintaining the vacation rental properties with attention toward safety, asset protection, and a positive experience for every rental guest. Tasks will include hot tub, swimming pool, and lawn service, general upkeep such as changing lightbulbs, lawn care, clearing drains, and touching up paint, and small maintenance tasks such as setting lock codes, changing filters, and relighting pilot lights. Qualifications: • No experience is required. • We are looking for someone who is a fast learner. • Able to follow direction • Willing to be a team player. • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to get to work in Saugatuck. • Full-time and part-time positions are available.
