Inbound Customer Service Representative (full time- Part-Time)
Job Description
As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with customers to answer questions regarding their account. Agents in our virtual call center receive inbound customer service and billing calls from consumers across the country. Work from home with a flexible schedule that works for you and create your own schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to read and speak clearly
· Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
· Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
· Must be 18 years or older
· Ability to provide own equipment (High Speed Internet, laptop, headset, etc.)
· Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions to conduct business
