    Job Description

    As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with customers to answer questions regarding their account. Agents in our virtual call center receive inbound customer service and billing calls from consumers across the country. Work from home with a flexible schedule that works for you and create your own schedule.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Ability to read and speak clearly

    · Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner

    · Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week

    · Must be 18 years or older

    · Ability to provide own equipment (High Speed Internet, laptop, headset, etc.)

    • Computer, or laptop must have at least 2.8ghz, and 8 gig of ram.

    · Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions to conduct business

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR AGENT'S THAT'S SERIOUS ABOUT WORKING AND DO NOT NEED TO BE MICROMANAGED.

    MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG TEST

    EDUCATION:

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • All customer inquiries are inbound only.
    • We don't make outbound cold calls or do telemarketing.
    • Enjoy engaging with and helping customers with questions about their service.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    WHAT YOU'LL GET:
