    ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST:

    The primary Administrative Analyst role is to support the customer service and account manager positions and is comprised of two primary responsibilities. The first main activity focuses on enhancing and resolving business process issues including troubleshooting daily ERP business system issues, creating standard work documentation, and assisting in training and testing software updates and new processes. This can be at times a cross functional role working with various parts of the organization to accomplish assigned tasks. The second focus area is supporting the customer service representative with entering and maintaining customer orders, and preparation and scanning of transactional data for uploading.

    FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ability to learn and analyze departmental business processes and system tools

    • Assist with the development of robust long-term solutions to business process issues

    • Enhance business processes and concepts to support Customer Order entry

    • Ability to see big picture impacts on other systems, assess risk, and derive meaningful insights

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans

    • Develop best practices and implement throughout the department

    • Manage multiple project tasks, handle uncertainty, and understand relative priority

    • Develop and maintain process documentation and training material

    • Train department in new or modified business processes

    • Works closely with Program Managers / Account Managers on entering and managing detailed order requirements

    • Support Customer Order management role by entering and maintaining customer orders

    • Prepares and scans transactional data for uploading into our imaging system.

    • Attention to details and accuracy are position critical

    • Proven ability to demonstrate good judgement and make effective decisions based on facts and information at hand

    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    • This is a non-supervisory position, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline and 2-4 years of related experience.

    • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel including use of pivot tables.

    • Relational database or Enterprise Resource Planning Software applications, preferred.

    • Excellent organizations, written and oral communications skills, along with strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a collaborative approach, required.

    • The ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment is required

    • Computer skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite.
