PRESCRIPTION COORDINATORS & TRIAGE - CALL CENTER PHARMACY SUPPORT AGENTS NEEDED…

Millennium Marketing and Promotions is a rapidly growing marketing and lead generation company that has been in
business since 1999. We specialize in helping pharmacies generate patients and increase revenue. We have an
immediate need to expand, in all areas of our business due to exponential growth. We are currently looking for select
individuals to be part of our pharmacy support call center team.
IDEAL CANIDATE - Experience in the following area’s helpful - Call center, pharmacy support, medical office
administration, customer service, public relations, retail sales, restaurant and hospitality related industry background
helpful.
PERFORMANCE PAY PLAN - Includes hourly base, plus weekly paid performance incentive bonuses.
WORK HOURS - Remote - Work from home California residents - Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 4 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with a 1 hr. scheduled lunch and 2 ten-minute breaks within an 8-hour shift. Florida residents - Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST with 30 minute scheduled lunch and 2 ten-minute breaks within an 8-hour shift.
DEPARTMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE (PAID COMPANY TRAINING PROVIDED)
Triage Patient Relations Agent’s: Direct liaison, of communications between patients and our pharmacies.
Responsibilities include conducting triage patient profile updates and collection of outstanding co-pay
balances.
Prescription Coordinator Agent’s: Following-up with our patient’s doctors on our patients’ behalf in
coordinating their prescription request between their doctor and our pharmacies in directing and receiving
prescription authorization approval’s.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIIES:
Outbound patient calls and daily performance objectives maintained.
Dialer script and patient compliance statements need to be followed verbatim.
CRM patient profile data entry needs to be accurate and complete.
Patient care and co-pay collection coordinated with our clients’ pharmacies.
Weekly and monthly assigned performance quotas consistently obtained.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer skills & ability to multi-task.
General knowledge of business software Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MS Office, Etc.
Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication skills.
Previous sales, hospitality or customer service experience.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: Sales and Customer Service Competency
REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Must have your own computer, internet and compatible headset. (Computer specifications & internet
connection speed must meet our company requirements)
Workspace must be quiet and distraction free.
