Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong Excel knowledge (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work from home efficiently

OVERVIEWS:

• Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5pm with overtime on an as needed bases
• Location: Work from Home and in Office (hybrid)
