    SUMMARY:

    Millennium Search is growing rapidly! As such, we’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to support payroll processes for field consulting associates, including ADP profile entry and labor hours reporting for weekly pay cycles. In addition, he/she will support client invoicing efforts related to billable contractor time.

    This professional also may assist with employment verifications and various financial tasks such as unemployment and expense filings as well as child support and wage garnishment payments.

    Our new hire will be professional, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, sociable, positive, and welcoming. With both relationships and business results in mind, he or she will excel in prioritizing and scheduling tasks in service to others and towards the consistent and accurate completion of work.

    DETAILS:

    Position:          Operations Coordinator

    Start Date:        Immediate

    Type:               Permanent Employee

    Schedule:         Monday – Friday

    Hours:              8AM – 5PM

    Overtime:         As Needed

    Pay:                 Negotiable

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·        Entering Contractor Files into ADP

    ·        Entering Hours-Worked into ADP

    ·        Assisting w/ Weekly Contractor Payroll

    ·        Assisting w/ Weekly Client Invoicing

    ·        Processing Expenses and Unemployment Filings

    ·        Processing Child Support and Wage Garnishment Payments

    ·        Providing Employment Verifications

    ·        Producing Associated Reports

    ·        Maintaining Excellent Client, Contractor, and Associate Relationships
