Job Description
The Miller Welding Automation Product Specialist is representing a fast-paced business group, focused on the growing need for welding automation in the industry. The primary focus of this position will be targeted strategic selling of Flexible and Fixed Automation Welding Solutions that combine the full portfolio of ITW Welding products. This position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with distributors and key targeted accounts, gain market share and achieve long term sustainable growth for ITW. This includes creating close, trusted, long lasting relationships with accounts key decision makers to drive a higher level of customer satisfaction. Will drive growth via the presentation of ITW solutions that deliver customer value through documented welding productivity, quality, and cost savings improvements. Close collaboration with all ITW welding sales personnel to identify and support conversion opportunities and defend key accounts. Must be a self-starter, aggressive, a good team player, and possess the ability to make independent decisions and follow through to completion.
THIS POSITION IS BASED OUT OF CENTRAL OR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND SERVE STATES IN THE WESTERN U.S.
