Job Description
This primary focus of this position is supporting the Warehouse and Customer Service Teams within Microsoft D365. Main tasks include:
· Coordinate freight and carriers to accommodate partial shipments
· Identify and correct customer orders issues in a timely manner
· Assist with inventory audits and reporting
· Working with the manufacturing divisions to correct issues with internal purchase orders
· Refresh ERP (enterprise resource planning) system tools and communicate findings with Customer Service, Manufacturing Divisions, and Warehouse Teams
· Help resolve freight issues, such as Tracking, ordering, providing status updates, with our carriers Tracking, ordering, providing status updates.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external client
