    Direct hire opportunity in the Edison, NJ 08817 market for an Outside Business Development / Sales Account Executive.

    Working throughout Middlesex County and the state of NJ

    Position offers a base salary during the 1st 9 months and then after that is 100% commission based on sales.

    • 1st 16 weeks: $1,400 / $22,400
    • Months 5 - 9: $3,600 per month / $18,000
    • Monthly car & expense allowance of $750 per month / $9,000 annually
    • Commission structure
      • All items above 30% margin, 35% of net
      • All items below 30% margin, 30% of net

    Commission potential $100K+ annually

    Schedule:

    • Sunday, 10am - 5pm
    • Monday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm
    • Friday, 9am - 1pm

    Position Overview As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales deals for our company's products or services. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Identify and research potential leads and customers through various sources, including cold calling, online research, and networking.

    ● Effectively present and communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.

    ● Tailor presentations to address customer needs and objections.

    ● Guide prospects through the sales process, including qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.

    ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

    ● Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up, communication, and exceptional customer service.

    ● Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, making product or service recommendations based on these needs.

    ● Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    ● Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by the company, and report on sales performance.

    ● Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to maximize sales opportunities

    POSITION SPECIFICS

    ● High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).

    ● Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    ● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

    ● Self-motivated and results-driven.

    ● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
