Small commercial property management facility is looking for a part-time Facilities Assistant to help with day to day needs. Flexible hours to work around your schedule.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

· Maintain, stock, and order office supplies

· Schedule repairs with vendors

· Light painting

· Trash removal

· Marketing events setup & tear down

· Run errands and deliveries using company vehicle

· Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

Driver’s License

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Basic computer knowledge

Customer service focus

Promote and enact a “can do” attitude
