Job Description
We are looking for a full time appointment setter to join our dynamic team helping agents and brokers grow their business (this is a small base pay plus commission position...pay range based upon current Appointment Setter earnings). We will find leads for you to call from our databases. You are expected to host 10-20 Zoom calls a day (30 mins each) plus outbound calling as necessary. This is not for the faint of heart. *Sales experience is a MUST. Please do not apply if you are testing the waters on a "Remote" career. Examples of acceptable sales experience would be direct nose to nose, toes to toes selling (automobiles or similar) or Zoom telephone sales of products or services. You will need to have a strong presence with a proven ability to LEAD prospects. You know if you are a true salesperson or not. If you are, please apply.
High ticket sales/appointment setting experience is a major plus.
We will provide the leads and the software. You simply need to be coachable and have great work ethic.

Responsibilities:
● Call, Text, & Email leads that we provide to you.
● Set qualified, ready-to-act appointments for Closer.
● Generate Closer opportunities through outreach in our client lists, Text Community and FB groups.
● Complete end of day KPI performance reports.
Requirements:
● Knowledge of residential real estate sales a plus
● Experience in appointment setting a plus
● Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
● Must attend daily/weekly team meetings
● Must have flexible availability to work mornings and evenings
● 1+ year of cold outbound calling a plus
● Some Experience in online (Zoom or similar) or telephone sales a plus
