Millionaire Publishing, an independent financial publisher, has an immediate opening for a Video / Digital Media Specialist to join our growing production team. As the Video Production Specialist you will have the unique opportunity to turn million-dollar copy into high-converting video sales letters and test your creative ideas to boost viewer engagement and response.
If you have experience in digital storytelling for online marketing and you meet the qualifications listed below, we want to hear from you. As Video Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for the production and optimization of videos and multimedia content that not only engages viewers… but also compels them to act. Additionally, you'll be assisting with on and off site shoots and taking responsibility for audio engineering.
The ideal candidate will have experience in video production and post-production. You will excel at the responsibilities listed below if you are self-driven to meet tight deadlines, comfortable balancing different priorities, and open to new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of video promotions for online direct-response marketing.
- Camera operation/Audio producer for in-studio, on-location shoots and live events
- Efficiently edits video and audio to develop a wide range of content including full video promotions, video sales letters, fulfillment and editorial content
- Ensuring visual elements and quality standards are maintained across the entire video production process.
- Collaborating with production, marketing and copy team to plan, organize, and execute projects.
- Organizing and maintaining a large library of media assets in line with the company's process and procedures
- Communicating clearly when questions arise
- Communicating project status on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Audition.
- Proficient in all aspects of video production, such as: shoot setup; audio recording, mixing and editing; familiarity with video compression best practices and media asset management.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Ability to use After Effects to create simple animations a huge plus
- Experience shooting video with a wide range of professional cameras
- Adept with three-point studio lighting, as well as lighting for outdoor shoots
- Still photography experience a plus
- Experience taking concepts/ideas and creating multimedia content.
- A willingness to embrace change, voice ideas, and work in a fast-paced environment is a must!!
