JOB DESCRIPTION

Millionaire Publishing is looking for A-Players to re-create the way individuals interact with the financial market.

To achieve this we need you, an all-star Marketing Project Coordinator, to join our team. Our marketing team launches anywhere from 3-6 campaigns per month. Your job will be to work as the lynchpin between copywriting, editorial, marketing, and legal to ensure projects are on track, prioritized properly, and all deadlines are met. This role requires a highly organized and self-directed individual with grit and a "get-it-done" attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a variety of projects with varying lead times and deliverable schedules.
• Work with numerous stakeholders to ensure project arrives on time and complete. Should be comfortable communicating with all colleagues at each level of every department, from the CMO to Junior Designers and everyone in between.
• Organize all material in our repository for easy access months and even years after project completes.
• Simultaneously work on small projects with a few days lead time to major projects with 1 to 3 months lead time.
• Ability to work alone and manage your own day and tasks based on priority with minimal oversight and assistance. Must be able to take initiative to move projects forward.
• The ability to understand the big picture while knowing the details and learning the nuances between every project either in timing or deliverables required

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to multitask and learn new things rapidly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CRM experience a plus.
• Previous Marketing experience a plus.
