Job Description
We are a local roofing company seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative for our company, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers in residential areas and promoting our roofing services to them. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and set appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods and introduce our company and roofing services to potential customers
- Provide detailed information on our services and products, and answer any questions that customers may have
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our roofing specialists for a free estimate
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales leads
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a door-to-door environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (ideal working hours for this role are between 4pm-8pm weekdays)
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation with commission. Earnings range anywhere between $20,000-$75,000+, depending on an individual’s level of commitment and skill set.
