If so, we want to hear from you! We are a rapidly growing retirement and financial planning company seeking a highly motivated and energetic New Business & Office Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and contributing to our continued growth. Responsibilities: New Business Development: • Assist financial advisors with prospecting and client onboarding activities. • Manage New Business Pipeline. • Prepare Account documents for client and prospect meetings. • Update and maintain CRM client files. Office Management: • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient environment. • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering as needed. • Coordinate and oversee office maintenance projects and repairs. • Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document organization. • Manage and maintain office technology (phones, computers, software). Administrative Support: • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other documents. • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service. • Manage & Perform client and prospect follow-ups. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a business or office management role. • Proven experience in new business development and lead generation is a plus. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving. Compensation: $65,000
