    Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Millwork Craftsman to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels, and specialty items. Responsibilities: This position supports a variety of custom woodworking projects, and responsibilities may include: • Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom wood products using routers, sanders, and other hand tools • Perform finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining, and applying topcoats • Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions • Complete custom projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules • Assist with developing and improving manufacturing processes for repeatable product lines • Participate in product development, prototyping, and continuous improvement efforts • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or related craft trades • Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation • Strong knowledge of woodworking methods, materials, and tools • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude • U.S. work authorization required Compensation: $22 - $28 hour DOE
