    Job Title: Millwork Technician

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled craftsperson to join our Architectural Mill team as a Millwork Technician. This role involves working with a variety of woodworking tools and equipment to help produce high-quality custom millwork. The ideal candidate has experience with relevant tools, finishing techniques, and takes pride in their work. We are willing to train candidates who possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Use a variety of tools and equipment including (but not limited to) planers, jointers, table saws, miter saws, routers, drills, CNC equipment, sanders, and edgebanders to complete custom projects.

    Accurately template and fabricate laminate and Corian countertops.

    Efficiently and skillfully assemble custom cabinetry.

    Apply finishes evenly using sprayers (paint, stain, sealers) and perform touch-ups as needed to ensure a quality finished product.

    Accurately read and interpret shop drawings and plans to ensure quality in production and installation.

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

    Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    3–5 years of experience in custom millwork or cabinetry, woodworking or CNC operation

    Strong attention to detail

    Proven track record of skilled craftsmanship

    Ability to read and interpret shop drawings or blueprints

    Comfortable using a variety of equipment and machinery

    General understanding of cabinet and millwork design

    Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and processes

    Positive attitude, team player, and good communication skills

    Dependable and able to work independently or in a team environment

    Forklift operation
