    Gypsy Life, LLC is a leading industrial PCM (Procurement, Construction, and Management) contractor specializing in mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial projects. We build and maintain concentrators, mills, and large-scale mechanical systems with a commitment to safety, quality, and performance. We are seeking experienced Millwrights with a background in mining and heavy industrial equipment installation and maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Install, align, and maintain heavy mechanical equipment, including mills, crushers, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes.

    Perform precision alignment of rotating equipment using laser and dial indicators.

    Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.

    Fabricate, weld, and modify equipment components when required.

    Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs.

    Perform inspections and complete QA/QC documentation as required.

    Support shutdowns, rebuilds, and commissioning activities.

    Work in compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company safety standards.

    Qualifications

    4+ years of millwright or industrial mechanic experience (mining preferred).

    Proficiency in the installation and maintenance of mills, crushers, pumps, conveyors, and material handling systems.

    Strong knowledge of alignment, rigging, and equipment setting techniques.

    Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.

    Experience with lubrication systems, bearings, and rotating equipment maintenance.

    Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

    Preferred

    Experience in concentrator/mill construction or maintenance projects.

    Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk, or construction management systems.

    Ability to lead small crews and mentor apprentices.
