Job Summary:
Support various departments in a manufacturing environment by fabricating tooling, fixtures, and parts using machines and equipment to maintain product quality and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret verbal instructions, layouts, blueprints, and tool drawings

• Set up and operate various machines, hand tools, and welding equipment

• Perform machining and fabrication tasks such as welding, boring, drilling, grinding, sawing, etc.

• Build and repair templates, fixtures, tools, and shop aids

• Support prototype production and equipment maintenance

• Inspect work using measurement tools

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and perform general labor tasks

• Collaborate with engineering and planning teams

• Provide guidance or training to junior staff when needed

• May work outdoors or in different departments based on workload

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Weld certification required

• 5+ years of Millwright experience

• Proficiency with hand/machine tools, shop math, and blueprint reading

• Basic computer skills

Work Environment:

• Production setting with exposure to noise and hazardous materials

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs., stand/sit for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

• PPE required
