Job Description

Well established regional Mortgage Banking law firm representing Lenders, Servicers and Trusts in residential mortgage foreclosures seek Attorney(s) for their Marlton, NJ office.

The ideal Candidate will have two to five (2-5) years of experience with a focus on foreclosure or residential real estate practice and procedures. The successful candidate should have strong writing skills; analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Requirements

· Juris Doctorate

· 2+ years’ experience as an attorney with demonstrated competence.

· Experience in mortgage loan servicing, residential real estate transactions, mortgage banking, foreclosure, and bankruptcy law are a plus.

· Ability to handle stress and manage multiple files with competing interests for time.

· Consistent accuracy and thoroughness in research, investigation and work product.

· Ability to identify problems in a timely manner, develop alternative solutions to resolve problems in early stages.

· High degree of professional ethics and integrity
