A fast-growing law firm is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and exciting work environment. A successful candidate must have a team player mentality and the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in such areas as organization, adaptability, client focus and technology.
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent organizational, time management and phone skills. Must be able to multitask, have a leader mentality and be able to work independently under general supervision; must have the ability to prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
The Client Service Coordinator position provides administrative support to the attorneys in estate planning and probate/estate administration practice, as a primary source of contact for clients in all administrative and client care matters.
The ideal candidate has the ability to work under pressure, has superb written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities, including handling emergency situations. The candidate must have the ability to work independently, but is also expected to thrive in a team environment.
