  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

     

    • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and resolution of software and hardware issues including but not limited to computers, laptops, networks, cell phones, phone lines.
    • Triaging software and hardware issues.
    • Participate in upgrades, maintenance, and enhancement of proprietary platforms as needed
    • Have a thorough understanding of ERP systems to install software and assign appropriate system access to users
    • Generate standard and custom reports with data verification as needed
    • Follow all standard operating procedures regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
    • Demonstrate a visible working style and act in a manner that is consistent with and shows commitment to the Healics Core Values
    • Create detailed technical and/or procedural documentation
    • Train and educate users on a variety of topics
    • Actively participate in business meetings and suggest changes in software support processes based on observations
    • Research tasks to provide sound solutions to customer requests
    • Execute other duties/projects, as assigned by Director of IT/Technology.

     

    Requirements

     

    • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field is required for this position.

    • Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to: Azure, Mail Server Management, User Management, AD Management, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.

    • Self-motivated and resourceful with proven abilities to multi-task and operate successfully.

    • Maintains complete confidentiality and a high degree of accuracy for all work performed.

    • Ability to work effectively as a team member and cooperate in achieving company goals.

    • Problem solving ability to seek solutions using appropriate methodologies.

    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with advanced interpersonal communication skills.

    • Highly organized and proficient individual that can work quickly and with little direction.

    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

    • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
