Job Description
Foster and maintain a positive public image for the Job corps Program by establishing working relationships with current students, community civic and social organizations, one-stop centers, youth councils, youth programs, employment and training programs to include the State and Local Employment Service, courts, and political leaders. Identifies and matches graduates with career opportunities in jobs, the military or further education and training for which they qualify. Provides graduates with ongoing support to ensure continued employment, education and career progression. Assists graduates in identifying and obtaining support services within the communities where they work and live.
A Bachelor Degree Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Business, Communications or a closely related field. One year of related experience desired. OR Associates Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Business, Communications or a closely related field and two years of related experience.
