We are looking for a skilled Office administrative support to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping , payroll and administrative tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Attention to detail
Minimum of 3 years Administrative experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business in preferred
Experience with Amazon Accounting
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language
Experience with US accounts/ Payroll
Advanced computer skills including ERP systems, Microsoft Office
Proactive problem-solving/judgment skills
Able to communicate effectually with all levels of the organization
Attention to detail;
Organized, pro-active and self-motivated individual capable of producing results and meeting deadlines;
Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and clients;
Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast paced, business environment; and,
Expected to manage work with minimum supervision.
