We are looking to hire an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager who can drive the strategic and tactical people efforts required to make our business successful.
The candidate will be responsible for HR management and strategies that foster the organization and people development to achieve operational results. You will manage human resource needs in employment, compensation (salary and benefits), employee relations, training, career development, performance management, policy management, management of HR ticketing system, and will assist in developing and implementing solutions to meet the organizational needs. You will manage the delivery of HR programs and services to MindPoint Group (MPG), implementing them in a way that ensures that the company’s goals are accomplished while meeting the employee’s needs. To be successful, you must demonstrate strategic thinking and planning ability, risk mitigation, possess strong business acumen and organizational skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
