We are looking for mindful and compassionate caregivers that have integrity and provide excellent care. We do this by hiring only those caregivers who can be able to pay attention to all details in the care they provide and close connection with their clients and by offering them the support and recognition they deserve.

Mindful Healthcare Agency is hiring exceptional caregivers throughout the Waltham & MetroWest area.

Caregivers will need to assist our clients with:

● Personal hygiene – bathing/showering, grooming, and oral care

● Dressing - assist with dress/undressing

● Eating - Feeding and preparing meals

● Continence - Physical assist to use the restroom, including getting on and off the toilet and/or brief changes

● Transferring/Mobility- Transferring from seated to standing, getting in and out of bed, assisting to help walk from one location to another and/or from bed to wheelchair

● minimum of 1 year of hands-on verifiable caregiving experience.

● Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

● Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

● Respectful and compassionate

● Good time management skills

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong ethics

● Physical endurance

High school diploma or equivalent
