    Skills: Graphic Designing, Instructional Design, Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe Suite

    · Provide graphic design and graphic communication (please provide online portfolio)

    · Create marketing materials

    · Conduct instructional design for learning programs

    · Write course content, test questions, and other supportive material

    · Create web based training programs

    · Program 2D simulations and animations

    · Support operator training simulator marketing events

    · Respond to customer requests for operator training information

    · Write and post HTML marketing pages

    · Create 3D visualization graphics

    · Adobe Creative Suite experience

    · Customer focused

    · Written and oral communication

    · Web development

    · Animation experience

    · Project management

    Major Purpose:

    · Under minimal supervision, designs and develops advertising materials of moderate complexity for a global customer segment.

    · Serves as primary contact with factory marketing to help lead and direct communication efforts for their assigned segment.

    Major Duties:

    · With minimal supervision, develops and designs company publications, including layouts, mock-ups and final files.

    · Directs, recommends and monitors graphic suppliers including pre-media, printers, illustrators and contracted agencies.

    · Stays up-to-date with current design and production options and determines best approach on design and production so that development is efficient, timely and cost-effective.

    · Ensures work product meets approved company standards and guidelines. Modifies work product if corrections are needed.

    · Plans, coordinates and directs photography shoots.
