    CareMind Health, a clinical captive entity of Mindoula, is seeking a part-time, 100% remote Colorado Therapist to join our team!

    This role will work a dedicated 2-hour block of time, 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), to provide 1:1 counseling sessions for individuals at the facility.

    **Education & Work Experience: **

    • LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT with a Colorado license
    • At least 1 year of independent practice as a therapist

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Primary duty shall be outpatient psychotherapeutic services to the behavioral health population using evidence-based therapy methods to improve patient response and outcomes.
    • Develop and manage patient treatment plans as clinically appropriate including but not limited to suicide assessments and step-down protocols, substance abuse & withdrawal treatment, and transfer of patients to other facilities
    • Work collaboratively with CareMind psychiatrists, CareMind/Mindoula administrative staff, facility staff, and medical team in coordinating optimum care for patients.

    Hourly Rate: $65 per hour __
