In addition, Mindoula provides direct care services including both the delivery of outpatient behavioral health services - in person and telehealth psychiatry, med management, and therapy - and the staffing and managing of inpatient psychiatric units in partnership with client hospitals.     The Talent Partner will be responsible for recruitment of professional and clinical roles within all of Mindoula's business units and across multiple locations. The Talent Partner will be responsible for turning the business strategy into actionable full-cycle recruiting outcomes and building proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization assess and select talent for both today's and tomorrow's business needs and ultimately helping to create competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform candidate identification, sourcing and research activities to build the talent network. Contact potential candidates, develop and document profiles and maintain contact to ensure a high touch candidate experience and promote the company's reputation as the “best place to work.”

    • Partner with hiring managers and their respective teams at every stage of the recruiting life cycle.

    • Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and to align expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.

    • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by setting clear expectations, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating throughout the recruitment process.

    • Track data for each job candidate, including addresses, contact information, salary requirements, licensure information, Board Certification status, and contract status in the appropriate database to ensure eligibility for employment in line with internal policies and business practices.

    • Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage offer delivery and negotiations.

    • Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success.

    • Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback.

    • Leverage data to make educated decisions in regards to recruiting processes changes, advising stakeholders and your individual performance.

    • Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience

    • Lead onboarding and employee documentation

    • Drive the hiring process from position management to employee on-boarding

    • Participate in process improvement projects as needed to support the business

    **Education & Work Experience: **

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field is required.
    • 3-5 years of prior experience recruiting is required.
    • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

    Skills Required:

    • Proven effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and balance assigned tasks, including prioritizing work assigned each day according to established guidelines.
    • Ability to exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgment with respect to sensitive candidate and business information, maintaining the integrity of business records at all times.
    • Fluency with technology and the ability to learn new systems while transitioning between technologies easily, and ensuring data accuracy. Technologies include:
      • Google Office Suite - Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides
      • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
      • ATS, EMR database, and HRIS software systems
      • ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Etc.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time position. Our standard operating hours are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, in each individual's time zone, but we have team members and candidates working in all time zones in the United States, and team members working outside of standard operating hours to meet the needs of our growing business. Therefore, this position will require you to work outside of standard operating hours at times.

    • This job operates in a remote professional environment free from noise and distraction. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
    • This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.
