LOCATION: San Jose, CA

• Hybrid work-from-home/office arrangement, following initial training onsite.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for end-to-end processing of the Accounts Payable function, including:

• Enter invoices into Minerva’s ERP system, with appropriate GL coding and approvals.
• Schedule and initiate vendor payments via check, ACH and wire transfer.
• Review and process expense reports in accordance with the company's policies.
• Responsible for month-end close processes including credit card and balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of various journal entries and accruals.
• Manage certain periodic filings, such as annual 1099's and property tax.
• Manage fixed asset ledger and book depreciation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and requests for statement of account

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of relevant experience. Highly organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills required. Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required. ERP experience essential.
• 2+ years of NetSuite required

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• AA in Accounting or Finance preferred
