    Job Description

    JOB PURPOSE:

    Assists the Mingledorff’s sales team and dealers throughout the company with a wide variety of administrative functions to ensure sales programs, rebates, reporting and training operations run smoothly. This position provides key administration to the Company’s sales promotions while serving as a liaison between dealers and management.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Coordinate, manage and implement various marketing programs for accurate ordering and immediate processing, including, but not limited to:

    • § Spring and Fall promotions
    • § Retail Salesperson Spiff Program
    • § 100% Satisfaction Guarantee forms and other dealer brochures

    · Administer HVAC Partners and all programs through HVAC Partners to include: customer registrations, accounts/passwords management and program incentives.

    · Coordinate Propose and Close software program to include maintenance of participants, invoices and coordination with Finance, sales, etc..

    · Responsible for Carrier and Bryant training through My Learning Center, including scheduling, creating flyers, reserving conference rooms and catering, coordinating registrations and attendees, invoicing and billings.

    · Coordinate the outdoor sign program for dealers, render and return approvals, order signs and work closely with finance to ensure the cost of the sign is assigned appropriately to the dealer.

    · Coordinate and maximize various rebate programs by managing requests from dealers or sales team, verifying and determining each rebate, obtaining appropriate approvals, processing and submitting to appropriate departments.

    • o Programs include, but not limited to:
    • o Mid-Size Builder program rebates
    • o Commercial Rooftop Roundup rebates

    · Process Dealer Conversions, working closely with the Territory Managers and factory to ensure all necessary information is received and all parties are notified for each conversion.

    · Update daily sales and IAQ reporting and emails

    · Act as a liaison between our dealers and management. Assisting with any administrative tasks and acting as a buffering agent when problems arise.

    · Serve as the point of contact and manage the Customer Satisfaction forms

    · Order office supplies for the corporate location and design and order annual Company desk calendars.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • 5+ Years Administrative Assistant experience
    • Outstanding MS Office skills
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
    • Proven time management and multi- tasking skills
