    Role Summary
    As a Minibar Attendant, you will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the mini bar of each guest room is replenished with the utmost attention to detail and quality.

    Key Responsibilities
    Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

    • Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Guest Services

    • Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.

    • Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units.

    • Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.

    • Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner.

    • Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service

    • Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines

    The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 an hour. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bilingual Spanish

    • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
