  • Responsibilities

    The Ministry Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our church ministries. This mid-level position is responsible for coordinating programs, managing communications, assisting pastoral staff, and ensuring smooth execution of church events and outreach initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate logistics for weekly ministries, small groups, and special events

    • Collaborate with ministry leaders to support program planning and execution

    • Manage ministry calendars, schedules, and volunteer assignments

    • Communicate with church members, volunteers, and community partners

    • Create and distribute promotional materials, newsletters, and announcements

    • Maintain organized records for events, attendance, and outreach activities

    • Support the pastoral team with administrative and program needs

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in ministry, communications, nonprofit management, or related field preferred

    • 2–4 years of experience in church operations, nonprofit program management, or administrative coordination

    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)

    • Comfortable working in a faith-based, team-oriented environment

    • A heart for ministry and a commitment to the mission of the church
