    Job Description

    Are you a dynamic, experienced Tech Support Representative looking for an opportunity to excel with an established, successful company? If so, we have the career opportunity you are looking for! We are currently recruiting for Tech Support Representatives to join our highly recognized Customer Care & Technical Support department.

    Duties include: Answering general installation questions; providing customers information concerning orders, returns, shipments and products; receiving and entering phone and fax orders; providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns; and partnering with sales reps to meet and exceed our customer’s service expectations.

    Qualified candidates will have a hands-on mechanical background or general knowledge of basic electrical wiring and ceiling fan and lighting installation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to perform this job. This position requires the ability to use information provided by customers (via telephone and e-mail) to diagnose, troubleshoot and/or correct potential product issues. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work at a fast pace and handle heavy incoming phone volume. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
