Minkin Management, Inc is looking to add an experienced individual to join our team as a Full Time Maintenance Technician at our Comfort Suites in Johnson Creek, WI.

This position is a key part of our team that helps us deliver a superior experience to all of our guests making sure everything op working order and the property looks great. Someone with a can-do attitude and takes great pride in their work will thrive in this position. The ability to work as part of a team as well as individually will be key.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

Ensure all guests have a superior experience during their stay

Responding to Guest requests for maintenance

Responding to Staff requests for maintenance

Performing Preventive Maintenance on all equipment and guest rooms

Painting and paint touch ups

Cleaning of carpeting

Troubleshooting issues

Pool Maintenance

Landscaping

Snow Removal utilizing shovels, snow blowers, tractors, and truck mounted plows

Any other tasks that may arise during the shift that will assist our guests or your fellow team members.

This is a full-time position with afternoon and evening hours with rotating weekends and on call requirements. Being this position supports three (3) properties as well as has snow removal responsibilities a clean driving record is required in order to utilize the company truck and utility van.
