The Best Western Plus Milwaukee West is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Full Time Maintenance Technician. This is a key part of our team that helps us deliver a superior experience to all of our guests making sure everything op working order and the property looks great. Someone with a can-do attitude and takes great pride in their work will thrive in this position. The ability to work as part of a team as well as individually will be key.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

Ensure all guests have a superior experience during their stay

Responding to Guest requests for maintenance

Responding to Staff requests for maintenance

Performing Preventive Maintenance on all equipment and guest rooms

Painting and paint touch ups

Cleaning of carpeting

Troubleshooting

Pool Maintenance

Landscaping

Snow Removal

Any other tasks that arises during the day that will assist our guests or your fellow team members.

This is a full time position with afternoon and evening hours with weekends being a requirement in accordance with hotel occupancy, other staff members time off requests, and any other special projects that may arise.
