15164576 - Minneapolis Weekend & Family Assistant Nanny Needed

Start Date: September 26, 2026

Location: Minneapolis MN

Children: 3 children; ages 6 years, 4 years, and 2 years

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Plus a couple of holidays each year.

Salary: $20-$23/Hour

Description: Do you love kids, want reliable side-hustle income, but need a schedule you can plan your life around literally years in advance? We are looking for a consistent weekend caregiver for our little one(s) during hospital shift weekends. Because one parent is usually working from home (or nearby), this is a wonderfully low-stress environment and a divide and conquer partnership! You do not need decades of professional nanny experience; we care far more about finding the right warm, reliable fit and are happy to consider training nannies or enthusiastic newcomers.

Bonus Perks & Optional Add-Ons:

Extra Hours: Mutual agreement possible for occasional evening help (e.g., when dad travels to a conference—also known way in advance) or extra hours, though not guaranteed.

Travel: Openness to traveling with the family is a nice bonus, but entirely optional.

The Unicorn Bonus: Do you happen to double as a meal prep wizard? If you also have cooking skills, we have a separate, optional opportunity for dedicated Monday/Tuesday meal prep (2–3 meals per week), though we are exploring other options for this too.
