Responsibilities: Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000+ at-plan commission
