Responsibilities: Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $125,000+ at plan commission
