We are currently seeking a full-time, dedicated Operations Coordinator to act as Minty Gadgets LLC's unifying anchor, streamlining daily operations, bridging communications with customers and suppliers, ensuring precise financial and data records, and fostering interdepartmental cohesion.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations:

• Oversee and enhance daily operations to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Coordinate across departments to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and optimize our seller accounts, monitoring for performance and compliance.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve any issues within our Amazon seller account.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction both on and off the Amazon platform.
• Perform data entries, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.
• Oversee inventory, address discrepancies with suppliers/sellers, and manage defective inventory by returning or promptly selling elsewhere.
• Facilitate supply purchases to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Attend to HR duties including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

2. Support Other Departments:

• Act as a support mechanism for other departments during absences or peak periods, ensuring business continuity.
• Occasionally assume a product specialist role across departments, assessing and cataloging electronic devices to uphold Minty Gadgets LLC's eco-friendly, pristine standards.
• Periodically assist in the warehouse department: select sold items, package them efficiently, print and attach shipping labels, ensure timely dispatch before cutoff, and address any arising challenges in the process.

3. Ad Hoc Duties:

• Successfully complete any additional tasks or assignments as delegated.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in operations, administration, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with electronic devices, including cameras, lenses, laptops, and tablets.
• Experience in warehouse management, e-commerce, suppy chain management, HR process or customer service is advantageous.
• Skilled in data management with strong proficiency in data entry.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments.

Compensations:

Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, complemented by a performance-driven bonus of 5% to 25%. Additionally, enjoy 5 days of paid sick leave each year and the chance to collaborate with a vibrant team in an expanding company.
