Job Description

We are seeking a Print Shop Customer Service Ninja to join our team! This is a fast paced position that is responsible for helping customers by answering customer calls, providing product and service information, entering customer information into the system, providing quotes, taking in orders, taking payments, previewing customer artwork to determine appropriate production route, and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information and pricing about products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving paper types, products and services ​ Qualifications: * Previous print shop experience is a must * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to answer phones and communicate with customers simultaneously * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive, timely and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, Familiarity with EFI Fiery production software is a plus Company Description Minuteman Press Downtown is a family owned and operated commercial print shop, located in the south San Marco area of Jacksonville.
