GRAPHIC DESIGNER – CUSTOMER SERVICE – PRODUCTION

We are a small, but mighty team! Everyone wears multiple hats and pitches in where needed to complete customer orders. We offer our customers a full range of printed materials including signs and promotional products. As the graphic artist, you will also be helping with estimating, work-ordering, and taking customer orders via the front desk, phone and email. We have a dedicated customer service rep, but you will be second in command for those responsibilities as well as helping with printing and production. Come join a great team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Basic math skills

Excellent customer service

Work fast while remaining organized with a high attention to detail

High level of skill – PC based InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

GRAPHIC DESIGN PROJECTS INCLUDE:

Design – from concept to completion

Data merge through Indesign

Production Art – fixing existing and customer provided files

Dielines for foil and embossing

Sending Proofs to customers

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Greet customers who enter lobby and call the shop

Estimating

Work ordering

Invoicing

Engaging with customers via email

Occasional delivery to local businesses

PRODUCTION:

Print Projects

Printing and Installing Signs
