    Mira is fundamentally enhancing the way we interact with our technology and each other. Today, our accessible enterprise augmented reality hardware and software solutions are driving an entirely new paradigm for productivity in the industrial workforce. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be on the front lines of creating this new category and driving the early growth of the market.

    As Mira's very first sales hire, you will be on the absolute forefront of our go-to-market strategy. Working directly with the CEO, you will have the opportunity to entirely define this nascent market and help build up a cutting-edge salesforce ahead of this soon to be explosive growth market.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    You will hunt for and close new major deals from start to finish by:

    • Building pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, events, and webinars
    • Assessing customer needs and pain-points through effective discovery
    • Crafting and managing pilots & POCs to measure ROI & build case studies
    • Position, negotiate, and close larger enterprise contracts ($100K+ ACV)
    • Effectively aligning stakeholders and decision makers through consultative sales
    • Overseeing deployments and engineering complex win-win sales agreements
    • Providing diligent ongoing customer support to key accounts
    • Using a CRM to continually maintain sales records and reports

    You will be expected to:

    • Work closely with product teams to define product roadmap based on customer needs
    • Develop repeatable and scalable sales strategies processes
    • Consistently provide accurate forecasting, financials, and pipeline data
    • Dynamically analyze competitive landscape to better position Mira in the market
    • Willingness to travel to visit customers on-site for key demos, meetings, and pilots

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Your Profile

    • 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, experience
    • Proven sales hunter and closer who loves crushing goals
    • Experience using CRM and generating forecasts / reports using Salesforce & MEDDIC
    • Experience working at an early stage startup (seed, Series A) preferred
    • Strong technical background preferred
    • Excitement and passion for AR & general knowledge of competitive landscape
    • You have a “Roll up your sleeves” & “Figure it Out” Mentality
    • You are ready to dynamically create and execute new repeatable sales processes & strategies
