Job Title: Part-Time Marketing and Sales Associate

Location: Solano County, California

Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week, In-Person)

Our goal is to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment that helps students achieve their academic goals. We are currently seeking a passionate, reliable, consistent and skilled Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Overview:

The Part-Time Marketing and Sales Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing our center's visibility and engagement in the community. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, experience with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, graphic design, sales, social media management, HubSpot, WordPress, and video editing. This position requires a creative and driven individual who timely, organized, reliable and can manage multiple marketing channels and initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms using graphic design skills.
• Optimize marketing campaigns for maximum performance.

Sales:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain students.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners to promote the tutoring center’s services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the center’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, respond to comments, and monitor social media analytics.

HubSpot Management:

• Utilize HubSpot for managing leads, customer interactions, and tracking marketing performance.

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience.

• Website Management:

• Update and maintain the tutoring center’s WordPress website with fresh content and improvements.

• Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Video Editing:

• Create and edit video content for promotional purposes, including testimonials, tutorials, and advertisements.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the center’s branding and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Proficiency in PPC advertising, preferably with Google Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Experience with WordPress for website management.
• Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
