    Talented Marketing Specialist - Manager Position in Nashville, TN (or North Dallas, TX)** Seeking a well rounded Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial Real Estate & Advisory Firm in Nashville, TN. (or our north Dallas, TX office). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role and is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and monitoring the marketing and branding effort of the firm. Responsibilities include researching market trends, developing creative designs, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms. This will entail the ability to create marketing plans, and marketing schedules, along with a blend of technical and creative skills to achieve marketing objectives effectively. This position requires taking ownership of the marketing effort, high energy, proactive and creative thinking, and staying current with competitive and creative trends in the industry. Responsibilities: • Develop, manage and maintain brand consistency across all internal and external materials and communications. • Organize and coordinate trade shows, events, and sponsorships and promotions. • Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, trade show banners, online graphics, and other projects as needed. • Utilize graphic design skills for both digital and print mediums. • Manage content creation and distribution on all platforms, including blogs and social media. • Assist in creating mass media materials like magazine articles and press releases. • Review and ensure brand and advertising compliance across all materials and mediums. • Develop internal documents and digital templates. • Conduct SEO and analytics reporting. • Provide marketing effectiveness and analytics reports to senior management. Qualifications: Requirements : • Bachelors or higher in Marketing /Communications/Marketing Management and/or other relevant education. • High-level interpersonal skills and well-spoken professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. • A proactive mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and manage responsibilities. • Should be able to multi-task multiple projects and people at once in a fast-paced work environment. • Highly professional presentation skills, and technical proficiency. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compensation: $65,000
