    Required Qualifications & Skills

    -Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    -Highly attentive to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties and responsibilities.

    -Comfortable with technology, software tools, and applications.

    -Critical thinkers, that possess strong-problem-solving skills and an ability to summarize information clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.

    -Devotion to collaboration and ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently.

    -Ability to learn quickly & adapt to an expanding environment.

    -In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution

    Additional Information

    -Interns will be aligned to a team with a manager and mentor and will be given business critical work to own during their time here in the following areas:

    • o Financial Reporting
    • o Middle Office
    • o Technology consultation
    • o Finance
    • o Human Resources
    • o Marketing
    • o IT

    -Interns will participate in Mirador University: a set of workshops that explore resume writing, interviewing skills, public speaking, and career insights from different Mirador departments

    -Internship will culminate in a presentation to firm leadership about their internship experience

    Application Instructions

    -Application Deadline is February 28, 2023

    -Program runs early June through the first week of August

    -Internships are paid and do not require course credit

    -Housing allowing is not available

    -Must be able to work in person

    -Must be able to commit to full 10-week program
