    Description
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and the Product Team to convert business requirements into solutions through automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
    • Develop RPA solutions for intricate file and data retrieval challenges from websites, employing advanced automation techniques and leveraging leading RPA platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or UIPath.
    • Bring hands-on experience from at least one full life cycle systems integration.
    • Engage with a diverse range of technology issues and solutions, utilizing prior experience to instill best practices in in design, build, and configuration of RPA solutions.
    • Offer technical solutions, effort estimation, and outline delivery strategy and plans.
    • Execute the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both sandbox and live environments.
    • Providing dedicated support and configuration assistance post-production.
    • Contribute to process reviews to ensure a thorough understanding of processes before initiating automation efforts.
    • Create documentation and user guides for RPA processes.
    • Utilize out-of-the-box solutions and minimize custom development wherever possible. ** _

    Requirements_**
    • Experience with programming and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications is a must.
    • Prior experience working with financial services companies is preferred.
    • Exhibit organizational, decision-making, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
